While 33ll endeavors to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

Players may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support.
